We are a multicultural team with professional experience spanning three continents, including work with trade associations in Europe and Asia, EU institutions, startups, and large international companies. This diverse background has enabled us to build a strong and trusted network across industries and regions.
Dorota Maczuga, Co-founder
Dorota holds a degree in Political Science from National Taiwan University (NTU) in Taipei. She has built extensive experience as an economic and communications specialist, working with both the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Parliament. In parallel, she is an established journalist contributing to one of Poland’s largest online media outlets.
Her work is particularly focused on Poland and broader Eastern European expansion, where she leverages her expertise to support international engagement, strategic communication, and cross-market development.
Antoine Collard, Co-founder
Antoine holds degrees in Political Science from National Taiwan University (NTU) in Taipei and in European Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He has developed a diverse professional background in business development, with experience spanning an EdTech startup, the Wallonia Tourism Office, and several non-governmental organizations.
Based primarily in Taipei, Antoine specializes in branding and marketing, with a strong focus on Western European expansion. He supports organizations in strengthening their market positioning, building cross-cultural strategies, and driving growth across European markets.
